Positive: The location was good. In general the property was good.

Negative: Before we reached the property, we informed the property about our time of arrival. When we got there there was no one and we didn't know the code for the building entrance and apartment keys. When we tried to reach the property via phone/message no one responded. I tried almost 50 times calling the property without any success. We had two small kids and we were waiting in the cold weather and we're unable to contact the property. Upon contacting Booking.com, the property called us back 2 hours later. They blamed Booking.com about the miscommunication. While booking told clearly on the phone that it was entirely upon the property to provide us the code and the keys. When we entered the apartment, we noticed all the windows were opened. It was almost 0 degree Celsius outside and all the windows were opened. The heaters were not working to it's fullest capacity. We all were absolutely freezing in the night with little kids and they weren't enough blankets in the room. They were provided next day.
